Tom Hoff, the director of CTE projects at SW/WC Service Co-op, led a group of collaborators in presenting the the statewide CTE Works conference on November 5th in Brooklyn Park, MN. Bruce Bergeson of the MN River Valley CTE Collaborative, Audra Klinkner of Southwest MN Private Industry Council, and Theresa Ireland from Minnesota West Community and Technical College were the co-presenters at the conference. The group of 4 emphasized to their audience how collaboration has led to providing many students with the opportunity to participate at college level CTE classes. This level of cooperation has also allowed students to connect to area employers to experience the jobs in their workplace.
